We're Giving a little something back to our COMMUNITY with $20 Community Class Pop-ups!
Expect a fun, flow-y essentials level class with a focus on foundational Pilates sequences. Prior Pilates experience suggested but not required. Please inform your instructor if you are *brand new* to Pilates.
Enrollment Policies: Not suitable for special populations, injuries or pre/postnatal as these classes may be taught by a variety of instructors and safe modifications can't be guaranteed.
