Reformer Classes

In this all levels Pilates Reformer class you will move in a continuous flow, focusing on form and mastery of each exercise. The sequences are structured to engage the entire body with a focus on improving balance, posture and connection to breath. Our instructors provide equipment setup instruction and assistance (where needed) as well as beginner to intermediate modifications allowing each client to customize the work based on their skills and desires. You'll leave feeling longer, stronger and more aligned. Prenatal (with Dr permission) and Teen friendly.

Reformer Sculpt (Int.) $40 per class From $20 per visit with *INTRO* 2 Week Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

An intermediate level class, Sculpt is our 50-minute full body flow driven Reformer class. Efficient transitions as well as spring changes are emphasized allowing for maximum output and challenge. This class will strengthen and tone your entire body and you'll have fun while doing it! Expect a mix of traditional exercises with contemporary sequences.

Essentials PLUS (Int. / Adv.) $40 per class From $20 per visit with *INTRO* 2 Week Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

This traditional focused *Intermediate / Advanced* format class is suitable for experienced students and emphasizes more complex movements and nuanced precision. Clients who wish to attend have demonstrated proper mastery of the essential to intermediate level exercises, have a well established practice and understand the principles of Pilates well. A perfect forum for those eager to build on your practice with more challenging progressions, coordination of movements and some fun props.

Spine + Joint Safe: Pilates & Strength $40 per class From $20 per visit with *INTRO* 2 Week Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

Join our unique hybrid class combining spine and joint safe Pilates and functional strength sequences. Experience a blend of Reformer, mat and standing exercises designed to enhance strength, balance, breath, control and posture. Discover movements that promote overall well-being while prioritizing safety and alignment.

Clients with well understood and managed osteopenia, disc and joint issues are welcome but we do ask that you are in proper physical shape to join an exercise class safely and have doctor’s clearance for movement. Those with active injuries or severe limitations should inquire prior to enrollment.

Men's Group $50 per class From $45 per visit with Specialty Group 10-Pack pass Purchase required to enroll

Pilates just for the guys!

We host this Men's focused class on Wednesdays at 4:15pm and Sundays at 9am each week. It is the perfect place to focus on specific training geared towards Men's anatomy and functional movement principles as well as a focus on increasing core strength, stability, mobility and balance. Complimentary for cross training and increasing overall conditioning and flexibility. Prior Pilates experience required prior to joining; we recommend starting with our introductory 3-pack of private sessions if you are new to Pilates. Have questions? Private / Semi-Private Sessions

Private Reformer (1:1) $115 per appointment From $105 per visit with Private Reformer 10-Pack pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

An individually customized private Reformer training session (1 client : 1 instructor) is great for those new to Pilates, those with specific goals for their practice or who may want to better understand appropriate modifications or progressions (e.g. after rehabbing and injury or pregnancy).

Semi-Private Reformer (2:1 or 3:1) $145 per appointment From $135 per visit with Semi-Private 10-Pack pass Purchase required to enroll

An individually customized Semi-Private (2 or 3 clients : 1 instructor) session is great for those new to Pilates, those with specific goals in-mind for their practice or who may need additional instruction to properly modify or progress exercises (e.g., after rehabbing an injury or after a pregnancy).

Personal Training Session $115 per appointment Purchase required to enroll

Our one-on-one Personal Training offers customized instruction in a private setting utilizing a variety of modalities including strength & resistance training, high intensive interval training, Pilates and restorative stretching. Work with one of our personal trainers to create a dynamic strength training program just right for you.

Wellness Coaching

15-min Wellness Consult $30 per appointment Purchase required to enroll

15 minute virtual Wellness Consultation with studio founder and NASM Certified Wellness Coach, Jenifer Baker. We will discuss the benefits of having a coach, how my coaching practice works and determine if we are a good fit.
